September is an exciting month for Floridian Carpentry! We have several unique projects to showcase this month, along with a pretty special announcement of our own—we’ve officially purchased our first commercial office and warehouse.
We’re excited for this next chapter and for everything this new space will allow us to do as we continue to grow. Be sure to check out some of the projects we’ve been working on below—we can’t wait to share them with you!
Recent Projects
North Lake Drive
with O’neil Construction
This custom residence features detailed interior craftsmanship, including custom ceiling treatments, wall paneling, trim work, arches, and architectural millwork. Each element is carefully installed to enhance the character of the home and create a refined, cohesive finish throughout the space.
6th Ave South
with Big Island Builders
Some of our favorite work is keeping the charm and eloquence of the old Naples beach cottages. We were awarded the interior and exterior finishing of this project and we are pleased with the way it is coming together. The finish carpentry adds beautiful character and texture to this historical home.
Historical Restoration
The Palm Cottage
with Classic Carpentry
Teaming up with our friends at Classic Carpentry to do some maintenance and restoration at the Historic Palm Cottage, which is located at the foot of the Naples Pier. We are honored to have a hand in keeping this piece of Naples history alive and beautiful.
Naples Beach Club- Yarmon Jewelry Store
with Fords Construction
We completed the paneling and custom ceiling mouldings in the Yarmon jewelry store at the newly renovated Naples Beach Club by the Four Seasons.

New Office!
Expanding Our Space
We are proud to announce the acquisition of a new office space, representing an exciting milestone in the continued growth of our company. This investment will provide additional room to support our expanding operations, enhance collaboration, and position us for our future opportunities.
More than simply a new location, this office reflects our long-term commitment to strengthening our capabilities and building a solid foundation for the next chapter of our company’s growth.
Building Relationships Beyond the Job site
Some of the best working relationships extend beyond the job site. Alex and our son, Hank recently had the opportunity to spend a day on the water fishing with one of the wonderful builders we’re fortunate to work alongside, Greenwald Builders and their Project Manager, Bert. It was a successful day of fishing, plenty of laughs, and a great reminder that strong teams are built through more than just the work we do together. We’re grateful to work with builders who share our appreciation for time on the water, a little friendly competition, and most importantly, good people and good relationships.
YMCA Sponsors
We’re also proud to continue our support of the YMCA basketball program this season. Through our sponsorship, we’re helping provide opportunities for local children to participate on a team, develop their skills, build confidence, and experience the value of being part of a team—regardless of their family’s financial circumstances. We’re grateful to be able to help make these opportunities accessible to more kids in our community.
